Dambach and Naeher Set to Open Tokyo Olympics Wednesday

TOKYO, Japan – Penn State women’s soccer head coach Erica Dambach and alumna Alyssa Naeher (’09) are slated to begin the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo on Wednesday, July 21. Dambach continues her affiliation with the USWNT with her second appointment as an assistant coach for the Olympic Games, her first coming as part of the U.S. team that won a gold medal at the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
