SJS Hour 2 – 01/31/2024 – Steve talks Florida State and ACC suing each other over TV contracts. Steve says, “FSU signed the grant of rights not just once, but twice. I think that’s going to hurt their case.” Then we talk about the news of Tennessee and Virginia suing NCAA over NIL guidelines after it was announced the NCAA is investigating Tennessee.

Neal Coolong – 01-30-2024

Neal Coolong joins us to talk the Steelers hiring Arthur Smith. Coolong says, “It very similar to when the Steelers hired Todd Haley, who was the best offensive coordinator in recent Steelers history. They were both failed head coaches fired in the middle of season whose hirings were maligned.”

Bucknell coach John Griffin III joins the show talk about the Bison’s last week. Griffin says that they’ve been making winning plays in the final five minutes. “Those could not committing turnovers, making shots, or even just getting defensive stops on back-to-back possessions.”

If the Penn State men don’t get turnover, steals or deflections in their pressure, then they aren’t very good in the halfcourt.” Bucknell coach John Griffin III join us to talk the Bison

Steve says that “He agrees with the first time Campbell went for it, but the second time he should have taken the points to tie the game.” Then Steve talks about Ed Sidwell, a Penn State graduate and PA announcer that passed away last week at 88, along with former Penn State player Milos Bogetic, who passed from cancer.
