PSU Coaches Caravan Returns In May

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — GoPSUSports.com — The Penn State Coaches Caravan will visit three East Coast cities this spring, with Penn State Head Football Coach James Franklin and Director of Athletics Sandy Barbour appearing at each of the three evening events. Franklin, Barbour, and other featured Penn State coaches will travel to three metros where significant numbers of Penn State alumni live and work, starting in New York City on May 8. SAN DIEGO — (CBS News) — Dick Enberg, a Hall of Fame broadcaster known as much for his excited calls of “Oh my!” as the big events he covered during a 60-year career, died Thursday. He was 82. Enberg’s daughter, Nicole Enberg Vaz, confirmed the death to The Associated Press. She said the family became concerned when he didn’t arrive on his flight to Boston on Thursday, and that he was found dead at his home in La Jolla, a San Diego neighborhood, with his bags packed.
