UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – Season ticket renewals for the 2021-22 Penn State men’s basketball season are now underway as the Nittany Lions are set to begin their first season under head coach Micah Shrewsberry.

The Shrewsberry Era Begins

Penn State will enter its first season under head coach Micah Shrewsberry in 2021-22. Shrewsberry was announced as the 14th head men’s basketball coach in Penn State history on March 15, 2021 and comes to Penn State with a wealth of experience as an assistant coach for a pair of nationally ranked programs and in the NBA.

Home non-conference contests against Miami and St. Francis Brooklyn have already been announced, while Penn State’s full non-conference schedule will be released in the coming weeks. The home Big Ten schedule will feature Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Michigan State, Minnesota, Nebraska, Northwestern, Ohio State, Purdue and Rutgers. The full conference slate will be announced by the Big Ten in late summer/early fall.

Season Tickets and Benefits

Fans will have until Tuesday, Oct. 5 to renew their season tickets for the upcoming season and renewals can be processed through Penn State Athletics Account Manager, linked HERE.

Season tickets start at $160 each for 2021-22 season in the Bryce Jordan Center. New pricing tiers have been introduced in the lower-level baseline and event level corners for $190 each and the event level baseline seats at $210 each.

A season ticket for the lower event level sideline seating area in the bowl in 2021-22 will be $293 while the event level sideline area will be $262. Both these locations have sold out on a season ticket basis for several years. Floor-level seats along the baselines are $272 each. This price does not include courtside seats.

Three options for courtside seating – closest to the action — are listed for 2021-22 with padded baseline seats at $565 each and padded sideline seats at $770 each. Courtside seats opposite the teams’ benches at $1,030 each offer an extraordinary experience with the convenience of a table for enjoying concessions items.

While accessing their invoice online season ticket holders can request to release seats, however due to the shortened renewal timeline, there will be no seat upgrades this season.
